Information used by the service

Globenomic may process account details you submit, authentication session data, questions you send through Ask Globenomic, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, maintain account access and usage limits, respond to support requests, protect the service, and diagnose operational failures. Globenomic does not present submitted questions publicly.

Website analytics

Globenomic uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure total visitors, page views, popular pages, device category, general country or region when available, referring source, and daily or weekly traffic trends. Globenomic does not configure analytics events containing Ask questions, message contents, account identifiers, passwords, financial information, precise location, or sensitive personal information.

Analytics requests are used for aggregate product and reliability measurement. Globenomic does not describe this data as anonymous and does not use it for advertising or cross-site profiling. Vercel processes the limited request information needed to provide the analytics service under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Operational monitoring

Security and reliability logs may contain bounded event categories, HTTP status classes, provider names, instrument identifiers, coarse timing, and request-count information. Monitoring is designed to exclude questions, prompts, request bodies, credentials, authentication tokens, provider payloads, precise location, and stack traces.

Service providers

The service relies on infrastructure, authentication, market-data, and analysis providers where required to deliver a requested feature. Information is shared only as needed for those functions and remains subject to the applicable provider terms.

Retention and choices

Retention depends on the feature and operational need. Account holders can use available account controls to manage or delete their account. Browser controls can manage locally stored cookies and session data, although disabling them may prevent authentication from working.
